Blow control system

The blowdown control system is installed on the explosion-proof motor, which automatically controls the compressed gas to effectively ventilate the internal cavity of the motor before starting, ensuring that the internal cavity of the motor is in a safe environment during startup. After the motor is started and during operation, the blowing control system continuously monitors and intelligently controls the internal pressure of the motor to be always above 150PA higher than the external pressure, ensuring that flammable and explosive gases in hazardous environments cannot enter the motor chamber, thereby achieving safety and explosion prevention.

1、 Product advantages

The blowing control system is an intelligent product that uses a fully pneumatic module to achieve air pressure control. The internal composition of the equipment contains multiple patented technologies and has the following obvious advantages:

1. Obtain certification from national authoritative institutions and assist motors in obtaining key explosion-proof certifications both domestically and internationally.

2. The equipment is suitable for all explosion-proof places to ensure the safe and reliable operation of explosion-proof motors.

3. Pure pneumatic device, no need for external power supply, safe and durable.

4. Mechanical modular design for easy maintenance.

5. Positive pressure explosion-proof also helps to clean and protect the motor cavity from condensation, dust, impurities, and oil stains.

6. Product model serialization configuration reduces motor manufacturing costs and shortens motor manufacturing time.

(Each model has slight differences, please refer to the user manual for each model)

2、 Usage environment

The system can work reliably under the following environmental conditions

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000M (if it exceeds 2000M, consultation with the manufacturer shall be conducted);

2. The ambient temperature is -10 ℃~+55 ℃, and the relative humidity of the surrounding environment is not greater than 95% (+25 ℃)

Zone 1 and Zone 2 have IIA Places where explosive mixtures of Class IIB and IIC flammable gases, vapors, and air are mixed;

4. The system is powered by compressed gas and is suitable for dry and clean compressed air or inert gas, without flammable gas components;

5. The air source pressure requirement is 4-10KGF/CM2, and the air source flow rate requirement is greater than 1.2 times the sum of the ventilation set flow rate and the motor leakage rate (slightly different for each model, see the user manual for details).
