1、 System Overview

The MGX series synchronous motor rotating rectifier disk is a new generation high-speed rotating rectifier system independently developed, designed, and produced by our company. Its characteristics are compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and stable performance. Suitable for 10-100MW brushless motor rotary rectification system. The MGX series brushless synchronous motor rotating rectifier disk consists of a set of rotating rectifier disk body, multiple sets of power modules, and rotating varistors. Each set of power modules and varistors is installed on the inner wall of the rotating rectifier disk. Can operate safely and reliably for a long time at 3000 revolutions per minute.

2、 Performance indicators

·The rotating rectifier disk is made of alloy material, and the surface of the metal parts meets the requirements of three protections;

·The rectification output of the rotating rectifier disk can meet 1.6 times the strong excitation of the motor, and the time can reach 3 minutes;

·The rotating rectifier disk can withstand the centrifugal acceleration specified by the corresponding standards. Radial compression centrifugal acceleration:

·Rated speed: 5400g; 1.2 times rated speed: 6000g;

·The rotating rectifier disk can operate for a long time at a working environment temperature of 80 ℃;

·The rotating rectifier disk has corresponding varistors as overvoltage protection to suppress the impact of surge voltage on the rotating diode;

·The rotating rectifier disk rotates at a rated speed of 3000 revolutions per minute and overspeeds at 3600 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes.

·All insulation components can withstand AC3000V withstand voltage test, with a ground insulation resistance greater than 5M Ω.
