ISTP type increased safety pre blowing system

The ISTP-6ZA pre start blowing system can blow out Exe/Exn or non explosion proof motor chambers, avoiding the risk of explosion caused by flammable and explosive gases entering the motor during equipment start-up.

The system consists of two units, the control unit and the pressure relief unit (as shown in the above figure). The control unit controls the supply of compressed gas and confirms the blowing flow rate/pressure and time. The pressure relief unit serves as a safety outlet for blowing gas from the equipment and provides a signal to confirm the flow parameters of the gas in the motor chamber. The pressure relief unit is equipped with a flame arrester. After the motor is purged, maintain a constant pressure until the motor starts.
