1、 System Overview


The synchronous generator rotating rectifier disc is suitable for 30-300MW brushless synchronous generator sets. It is a new generation rotary rectification system independently developed, designed, and produced by our company. Its characteristics are compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and stable performance. The synchronous generator rotating rectifier disk includes a set of rotating rectifier disk bodies and multiple sets of power modules, which can operate safely and reliably for a long time under the condition of 3000 revolutions per minute. The rotary fuses and diodes used in the power module are imported from abroad or well-known domestic brands.


2、 Product Features


The synchronous generator rotating rectifier disk adopts a three-phase bridge full wave rectification circuit. The rectifier bridge arm is divided into multiple branches according to the power size, and each branch ensures that the rotating rectifier disk can output for a long time, meeting the power supply requirements of the generator rotor circuit.

·The rotating rectifier disk is made of alloy material, and the surface of the metal parts meets the requirements of three protections;

·The rectification output of the rotating rectifier disk can meet twice the strong excitation of the generator, and the time can reach 3 minutes;

·The rotating rectifier disk can withstand the centrifugal acceleration specified by the corresponding standards. Radial compression centrifugal acceleration:

Rated speed: 5400g; 1.2 times rated speed: 6000g;

·The rotating rectifier disk can operate for a long time at a working environment temperature of 80 ℃;

·The rotating rectifier disk rectifies normally under 400Hz AC power supply, and its forward voltage drop and tube consumption do not exceed the standard requirements;

·The rotating rectifier disk has corresponding resistance capacitance absorption protection to suppress the impact of surge voltage on the rotating diode;

·The rotating rectifier disk rotates at a rated speed of 3000 revolutions per minute and overspeeds at 3600 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes.

·All insulation components can withstand AC3000V withstand voltage test, with a ground insulation resistance greater than 5M Ω.
