MDX type synchronous motor rotating rectifier disc (low-speed type)

Product Features


 Rotation control module

The control module is the core control device of the rotating rectifier disk, which completes the starting excitation of the motor, outputs trigger pulses, turns on the power module, and controls the input and disconnection of the starting resistor by the starting module. The control module is a specialized component on the rotating rectifier disk of the increased safety brushless synchronous motor that operates in explosive environments in factories. It can also be used for non explosion proof synchronous motor rotating rectifier discs.


◆ Performance index

1. The base of the terminal block is made of B-grade insulation material, and the insulation withstand voltage between the terminal post and the shell after short circuiting shall not be less than 2500V.

2、Terminal input and output characteristics:

· Control circuit :Voltage 12V, current<50mA;

· Input:Peak voltage<430V, current<4mA;

· Output circuit:Voltage<660V (when blocked), current<200mA (on state, 4 seconds)

3、When the module operates in a rotating state for a long time (equivalent to a wind speed cooling of about 10m/s), the maximum surface temperature does not exceed 100 ℃.


 Rotating power module

The rotating power module is used for rectification and starting of brushless synchronous motors. The rectification and starting module is controlled by the control module to provide excitation power to the rotor of the synchronous motor.


◆ Performance index

1. Three sets of rotating power modules form a three-phase half controlled bridge rectifier circuit, and one set of rotating power module and rotating starting resistor form a starting demagnetization circuit.

2. The specially designed structure can withstand a centrifugal acceleration of 800g and a tangential acceleration of ± 500g.

3. The electrical clearance and creepage distance should be adapted to the working voltage and insulation material.

4. The maximum surface temperature during normal operation does not exceed 155 ℃.



 Rotating starting resistor

Rotating starting resistor serves as an energy consuming component during the motor starting process and rotor overvoltage protection process.


Performance index

1. The maximum current for a single rotating starting resistor is 210A, and the duration of power on should not exceed 12 seconds.

2. Under natural cooling conditions, the surface temperature of the resistor does not exceed 155 ℃ when powered on for 12 seconds at 210A.

3. The voltage withstand of the terminal post and the rotating starting resistor housing is AC2500V.

4. The protection level of the shell shall not be lower than IP54, and it shall be installed on the rotor bracket of the synchronous motor.

5. Non increased safety motor, the rotating starting resistor is installed in the rectifier disk using a resistance ring method.
